After extensive renovations, the 8erAlm presents itself as the new heart of gastronomy in Hochfügen - more modern, spacious and well thought-out than ever.

Alpine architecture, hospitality and contemporary design come together here - with the signature of Alexander Fankhauser, host and head chef:
"The new 8erAlm wants to be more than just a place to stop for a bite to eat - it's a place where you feel comfortable, enjoy yourself and like to stay a little longer. It was important to us to combine alpine coziness with culinary quality - whether with a quick gröstl in the self-service restaurant or a glass of wine with a pizza with a view. In the new restaurant with waiter service on the upper floor, we combine good service, selected wines and Alpine cuisine with a panoramic view - just the right place to round off a day's skiing in style."

One highlight is the spacious, completely covered sun terrace. The mobile glass roof protects against wind and weather and at the same time provides an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains.

Inside, guests can expect a varied gastronomic concept:
On the first floor, a modern self-service restaurant with a front-cooking area invites you to stop for a quick but enjoyable break - with freshly prepared dishes made from regional products and changing daily recommendations.
On the second floor, the Pizzeria 8erAlm with waiter service provides an Italian lifestyle in alpine surroundings. Here, exceptional pizza creations, pasta and Austrian classics meet a fine selection of wines and trendy drinks - served in a stylish atmosphere with panoramic views.

The newly designed interior combines high-quality materials with a clear design language and a touch of alpine elegance.
